Our home base is currently at The Eudaimonia Center in Columbia, MD, but we also offer classes at The Point Fitness (Columbia's ONLY FREE GYM), The Swellness Center, and throughout the DMV area. Wherever you are, there is a place for you!

LEVEL 1: Deep Core Restore
Get some rest and relief with gentle, restorative postures supported with props to open up and loosen the joints, while encouraging healthy sleep patterns and healing the body without added stress.
LEVEL 2: Live Grounded
(Featuring The Spinal Reset, founder Tristan Gatto, PTA) Restorative meets therapeutic flow, to increase mobility throughout the spine, lubricate the joints, and gently stretch and strengthen the muscles, fascia, and connective tissue to restore the body to more optimal functionality.
LEVEL 3: Live Flow (Deep Core Flow)
Therapeutic Flow and Core Strength Vinyasa-Inspired flows move the body through more biomechanically stable versions of traditional yoga poses and salutations. Engaging and moving through the deep core line/myofacial muscle meridian keeps the body safer, while setting up a strong foundation for a healthier spine, limber joints, and lifelong fitness.
LEVEL 4: Live FHIIT (Yoga Shred&Flow)
Yoga FHIIT takes CSV up a notch, introducing 1-2 short rounds of anatomically-optimized Yoga+HIIT (high intensity interval training) that access fast AND slow-twitch muscles to obliterate excess fat, increase endurance and efficiency, improve cardiac/respiratory function and insulin/glycogen sensitivity, and move the body safely and aligned from the ground up. The yoga-based HIIT is better for the joints than most traditional forms, meaning you'll be able to enjoy it for years to come!
LEVEL 5: Live Fierce (YOUnison Yoga Shred)
Yoga Fierce, inspired by Sadie Nardini's Yoga Shred, combines CSV Yoga and HIIT in an anatomically and biomechanically optimized practice to obliterate excess fat, increase endurance and efficiency, improve cardiac/respiratory function and insulin/glycogen sensitivity, and move the body safely but fiercely aligned from the ground up...transforming the whole body in half the time! This workout includes 3-4 HIIT sequences that activate the "afterburn effect", which boosts the metabolism and keeps the body eating up fat and calories for up to 48 hours post shred.
